could always just the nose off.... But grinding up asprin to a paste and spreading it on the area can help reduce swelling and soreness and make them easier to hurt, I guess if you oppose the whole cutting of the nose thing..

Ass pimples are problematic due to being in deeper tissue than the nose and harder to access. Genital pimples, I will defer to someone else's expertise.
